Why This Reference Exists
Garfield County does not have one official public warrant database in the sources reviewed on September 20, 2026. OSCN is a public District Court docket search, not a complete warrant roster. City citations may remain with Enid, Waukomis, Covington, Drummond, or another municipal court. The Sheriff's Office serves warrants but does not recall them.
The county seat is Enid, where the courthouse, Sheriff's headquarters, detention facility, and city court sit at separate locations. That separation makes careful routing more useful than a generic promise of a one-click result.

What This Reference Cannot Do
It is not a government office, court, law-enforcement unit, attorney, bondsman, or records custodian. It cannot confirm a warrant, recall or quash process, accept money, arrange a surrender, set a court date, or give legal advice. The official office must answer the status question.
Verify every phone number, fee, schedule, payment route, and list date with the official court, clerk, city, or Sheriff page before relying on it.
Research and Refresh Notes
The research was inspected September 20, 2026. Static Waukomis material is dated and must be verified. Enid's court notices show that online systems can be offline. County sources do not publish a universal bond schedule, surrender window, active-warrant count, or most-wanted roster. Negative findings are kept as limits rather than filled with commercial claims.
Official links remain the controlling source for current operations. The Oklahoma Open Records Act provides an access framework, but sealed, juvenile, investigative, and protected-identifier material can remain unavailable.
